It is nearly fifteen centuries later and Arthur sleeps still in Avalon, but one day each year he wakes to walk the earth again to see if the world is ready for his final return. At the will of the Lord he assembles a new company of knights who are to set forth upon a Quest of Faith. Those he meets (Warrior, Good Works, Independence, etc.) shall in time be sent to seek the sword Excalibur. It can only be had by the knight whose faith is most true. The faith of each knight is tested by the forces of Darkness, and their success or failure will determine if the time is right for Arthur's return. If it is not, then he must return to sleep for yet another year...
